Supplies

Dear Staff,

I have spoke with DAIS and we have the order form for supplies and 
can put in an order, the form due next Wednesday.

I can get a catalog from Cap 21 (They are out of catalogs in DAIS) 
for anyone to look at, but if you can just send me your supply 
requests, I will fill out the order and submit to DAIS.

If you don;t know yet what you are going to need, the next order 
deadline is 15 December.
