Extension of Poverty-Environment conference

In response to concerns some of you have expressed that your schedules
have not allowed you to participate in the conference thus far, we have
extended it for another 10 days.  It will now run through Monday 26
October.

We very much appreciate the interesting comments and suggestions
received thus far, all of which may be viewed on our website at URL
